摘要
BTTⅡ8型煅烧炉是天然铀氧化物纯化生产线煅烧工序的主体设备,炉筒作为传热载体,是煅烧炉最重要的部件。原有铸造件炉筒的制造难度大,使用寿命短,影响煅烧炉的运行效率和产能。研制的焊接件炉筒,采用了特种耐热不锈钢拉拔成型和全面焊接工艺,降低了炉筒制造难度,完善了炉筒使用性能,在生产应用中表现出了良好的适用性和优越性。
The calciner of BTTⅡ8 is the main equipment of the calcining process for the natural uranium purification production line,the furnace cylinder as a heat transfer carrier is the most important component of the calciner.The original furnace tube is difficult to manufacture the casting furnace cylinder and its service life is short,which affects the operation efficiency and production capacity of the calciner.The special heat-resistant steel billet cold drawing forming and full welding technology are utilized to develop the welded furnace cylinder,which could reduce the manufacturing difficulty and improve the usability.The welded furnace cylinder also exhibits excellent applicability and superiority in its actual use in production.
