摘要
针对某铀水冶厂在使用厢式隔膜压滤机压滤过程中存在的生产能力不足、洗涤效率较低的问题,进行了压滤工艺改造方案研究。根据测算,改造方案实施后可大大提高滤饼的洗涤效率,金属回收率损失可由7.90%降低至1.65%,单台压滤机运行周期可由180 min缩短至123 min左右。压滤工艺改造方案能增加金属回收率,解决压滤机产能不足的问题,预计改造后第1年即可实现增收1348.8万元。
In view of the problems existing in the filtration of a hydrometallurgy plant with membrane filter press,the transformation scheme is studied.The calculation results show that the washing efficiency of filter cake can be greatly improved,the loss of recovery rate can be reduced from 7.90%to 1.65%;the operation cycle of single plate and frame can be shortened from 180 min to 123 min after the transformation.The transformation scheme can increase the recovery rate,and solve the problem of insufficient production capacity of plate pressure filtration.It is estimated that an additional income of 13.488 million yuan will be realized in the first year after the transformation.
