摘要
结合GPS定位系统、奥维地图,绘制了湖南某区域3年新增基站覆盖图;并将区域按2 km×2 km网格划分,在每年新增基站建设完毕后开展区域辐射环境本底监测,结合监测结果,利用MATLAB软件绘制新增基站布设图及区域电场强度等高线图,分析区域辐射环境质量变化趋势,以期分析基站建设与区域电磁辐射质量变化趋势之间的关系。结果显示,随着基站建设,区域电场强度监测值由0.20~1.96 V/m增长至0.30~2.75 V/m,特别是区域西北侧,新增基站较多,区域电磁辐射环境本底值变化较大;但区域所有监测值均未超过《电磁环境控制限值》(GB 8702—2014)、《辐射环境保护管理导则电磁辐射环境影响评价方法与标准》(HJ/T 10.3—1996)的限值要求。
GPS,OMAP were used to draw the coverage map of new base stations in a region of Hunan in three years.The region is divided into 2 km×2 km grid points,the radiation environment monitoring was been carried out.In order to analyze the impact increasing of base station on the environmental background radiation,MATLAB software was used to draw the new base station layout and the regional electric field intensity contour map.The results show that the values of the electromagnetic radiation monitoring for the area haven increased from 0.20~1.96 V/m to 0.30~2.75 V/m.Especially in the northwest of the region,the background value of electromagnetic radiation environment in the region changes greatly.However,it did not exceed the limits.
