摘要
由于钢铁生产流程中低品位余热的回收越来越受到重视,因此文中针对换热器及吸收式热泵两种低品位余热的回收利用进行研究。本文建立了两种低品位余热利用方式的热力学模型,通过改变热源温度,得到了两种利用方式热效率和效率随热源温度的变化规律。在此基础上,文中以150℃烟气作为研究对象,对两种余热利用方式进行热力学对比分析,从而对低品位余热资源的合理利用进行指导。
As the recovery of low-grade waste heat in iron and steel production process is paid more and more attention,this paper studies the recovery and utilization of heat exchanger and absorption heat pump.In this paper,two thermodynamic models of low-grade waste heat utilization are established.By changing the temperature of heat source,the variation of thermal efficiency and energy efficiency with the temperature of heat source is obtained.On this basis,this paper takes 150℃flue gas as the research object,and makes a thermodynamic comparative analysis of the two waste heat utilization methods,so as to guide the reasonable utilization of low-grade waste heat resources.
