摘要
CT机的X射线球管在工作时,其中99%的电子束动能转换成了热能,后续需要为球管降温,针对国内现有CT机油冷循环的不足而设计,具有适用范围广、优化效果强、成本低、可行性高的特性。提高系统的散热效率的同时,降低工质碳化风险,延长球管的使用寿命,提高机组工作效率,节约医疗维护成本。
When the X-ray tube of the CT machine is working,99%of the electron beam kinetic energy is converted into heat energy,and the tube needs to be cooled in the subsequent,It is designed for the shortage of the existing CT machine oil cooling cycle in China,and has a wide range of applications and optimization effects,strong,low cost,high feasibility characteristics,While improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the system,it reduces the risk of carbonization of the working fluid,prolongs the service life of the tube,improves the efficiency of the unit,and saves medical maintenance costs.
