摘要
社会流动性增强和科技发展加剧了人口流动,档案不断被赋予新的意义和内涵,其中身份认同是档案价值实现的一个新途径。高校档案因其自身特点,在构建集体记忆和身份认同方面具有独特优势,高校档案身份认同研究能够拓宽高校档案研究视域,有利于优化高校档案资源体系建设,增强高校档案工作者的职业认同感。
With the strengthening of social mobility and the development of science and technology,population mobility is intensified.Archives are constantly endowed with new meanings and connotations.Identity identification is a new way to realize the value of archives.Due to their own characteristics,university archives have unique advantages in the construction of collective memory and identity identification.The research on university archives identity identification can broaden the perspective of university archives research,which is conducive to optimizing the construction of university archives resource system and enhancing the professional identification of university archivists.
