冀震社交媒体信息档案的构建

Construction of Social Media Information Archives of Hebei Earthquakes

随着社交媒体的广泛普及,其有价值的信息存档问题逐渐被人们所关注和重视,正在演化成为归档的一个新门类。为此,我们对河北省地震局官方网站、微博、微信公众号等社交媒体中具有保存和利用价值的信息资源,开展了收集、筛选、分类、编目、归档和存储等方法研究,在此基础上,构建完成了冀震社交媒体信息档案,这对于积极探索我局地震档案管理与服务新模式,进一步提升我局档案工作水平具有积极意义。

With the wide popularization of social media,the valuable information archiving problem has been paid more and more attention to,and it is becoming a new category of archiving.For this reason,we conduct the research on collection,screening,classification,cataloging,archiving and storage of information resources with preservation and utilization value from social media such as the official website of Hebei Seismological Bureau,micro-blog,WeChat official account and so on.Based on this,the social media information archives of Hebei earthquakes are constructed,which has positive significance in actively exploring the new mode of seismic archives management and service and further improving the archival work level of our bureau.
