高校实物档案数字化面临的问题与对策——以贵州大学实物档案数字化准备工作为例

Problems and Countermeasures of the Digitization of University Physical Archives--Taking Guizhou University’s Preparation for the Digitization of Physical Archives as an Example

首先,从档案保护、档案管理和档案利用的角度分析了高校实物档案数字化的必要性和重要意义;接着梳理了高校实物档案数字化面临的问题,包括档案资源建设不足、管理较为混乱、种类繁多导致数字化难以统一标准;最后,结合贵州大学实物档案数字化的准备工作,认为要加强实物档案资源建设,建立实物档案库房,做好实物档案的清理修复与分门别类,对不同的实物档案采用不同的数字化策略,才能做好高校实物档案数字化工作。

Firstly,the paper analyzes the necessity and significance of the digitization of university physical archives from the perspective of archives protection,archives management and archives utilization.Then it sorts out the problems faced by the digitization of university physical archives,including insufficient physical archives resources,chaotic management,and the difficulty in unifying standards for digitization due to various types of physical archives.Finally,from Guizhou University’s preparation for the digitization of physical archives,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of physical archives resources,establish physical archives warehouses,do a good job in the cleaning,restoration and classification of physical archives,and adopt different digital strategies for different physical archives,in order to do well in the digitization of university physical archives.
