信息化,可以使医院人事档案管理水平显著提高,是新时代医院人事档案管理发展的趋势。文章对医院人事档案信息化内容进行分析,并针对医院人事档案信息化建设中存在的管理意识薄弱、建设投入不足、资源利用受限制等问题,提出相应对策与建议。

Informatization can significantly improve the level of hospital personnel archives management,which is the development trend of hospital personnel archives management in the new era.This paper analyzes the informatization content of hospital personnel archives,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the informatization construction of hospital personnel archives,such as weak management consciousness,insufficient construction investment and limited resources utilization.
