前交叉韧带黏液样变性的MRI表现与病理特征

MRI finding and Pathological Features of Mucoid Degeneration in Anterior Cruciate Ligament

目的探讨膝关节前交叉韧带黏液样变性的核磁共振(MRI)表现及其伴随征象。方法回顾性分析22例膝关节前交叉韧带黏液样变性患者的MRI资料,观察病变的特征性表现及伴随征象。结果本组病例中所有患者前交叉韧带均走行连续,弥漫性增粗,T2WI、PDWI像上呈典型的"芹菜梗征",5例合并韧带腱鞘囊肿,2例合并骨内腱鞘囊肿,伴有骨性关节病5例,关节腔积液2例。结论前交叉韧带黏液样变性在MRI上表现为特征性的"芹菜梗征",可伴有韧带腱鞘囊肿和骨内腱鞘囊肿。

Objective To describe MRI presentation and its common incidental signs of mucoid degeneration in anterior cruciate ligament.Methods To review 22 cases with mucoid degeneration in anterior cruciate ligament which all had been examined by magnetic resonance machines.Observe the characteristic manifestations and accompanying signs of the lesion.Results The anterior cruciate ligament of all patients presented with continuous and diffuse thickening,and the typical"celery stalk sign"was shown on the T2 WI and PDWI image.5 had ganglion cysts,2 had intraosseous cysts,5 had osteoarthritis,2 had articular effusions.Conclusion Anterior cruciate ligament mucoid degeneration demonstrated characteristic"celery stalk sign"on MR imaging,and commonly associated with ganglia and intraosseous cysts.
