功能性康复训练结合矫形器对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者Cobb角、腰部活动范围的影响

Effects of Functional Rehabilitation Training Combined with Orthosis on Cobb Angle and Lumbar Range of Motion in Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Patients

目的探讨功能性康复训练结合矫形器对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)患者Cobb角、腰部活动范围的影响。方法选取本院2018年6月至2020年5月诊治的92例AIS患者,并随机分配入两组,其中将接受矫形器治疗的46例作为对照组,将采取矫形器治疗联合功能性康复训练的46例作为研究组。于治疗前、治疗3个月后测量两组Cobb角及腰部屈曲、伸展、左右侧屈的活动范围,并评估两组生活质量。结果治疗3个月后,两组Cobb角与治疗前相比均缩小(P<0.05),且研究组均较对照组小(P<0.05);两组腰部屈曲、伸展、左右侧屈的活动范围及生活质量各项评分与治疗前相比均增大(P<0.05),且研究组均较对照组大(P<0.05)。结论对AIS患者开展矫形器治疗及功能性康复训练,可有效缩小Cobb角,明显增加腰部活动度,显著提升生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with orthosis on Cobb angle and lumbar range of motion in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods A total of 92 patients with AIS in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the 46 cases received orthosis treatment were as the control group,and 46 cases taken orthosis combined with functional rehabilitation training were as the study group.Before and 3 months after treatment,Cobb angle and range of motion of lumbar flexion,extension,left and right lateral flexion were measured,and the quality of life was evaluated.Results After 3 months of treatment,the Cobb angle of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and that in the study group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05);the activity range of lumbar flexion,extension,left and right lateral flexion and quality of life scores of the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the study group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthosis and functional rehabilitation training can effectively reduce Cobb angle,significantly increase lumbar range of motion and significantly improve the quality of life of AIS patients.
