摘要
本文介绍了微波消解法对奶粉进行消解,全自动间断化学分析仪对奶粉中磷含量进行测定的分析方法。文章对该方法的检出限、定量限、线性、准确性、重复性等进行分析。结果表明,该方法的检出限为7 mg/100g,定量限为23 mg/100g,在0~40 mg/L范围内吸光度与磷含量呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.9997),相对标准偏差小于3%(n=7),与国标钒钼黄分光光度法相比差异无显著性,测定奶粉标准物质的测定值均在标准参考值范围内。建立的分析方法自动化程度高,准确度、灵敏度、精密度高,方法简便、快速,适用于奶粉中磷含量的分析研究。
This article introduced the microwave digestion method for the digestion of milk powder and the automatic discontinuous chemical analyzer to determine the phosphorus content of the milk powder.This paper analyzed the detection limit,quantification limit,linearity,accuracy and repeatability of this method.The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 7 mg/100 g,and the limit of qualification was 23 mg/100 g.In the range of 0-40 mg/L,there was a good linear relationship between absorbance and phosphorus content(R^(2)=0.9997)and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%(n=7).Compared with the national standard vanadium molybdenum yellow spectrophotometry,there was no significant difference.The measured values of the milk powder standard substances were all within the standard reference value range.The established analytical method has high degree of automation,accuracy,sensitivity,precision.The method is simple and rapid and suitable for the analysis and research of phosphorus content in milk powder.
