天津市使用娱乐性药品的男男性行为者无保护性肛交的影响因素

Influencing factors of unprotected anal intercourse among Tianjin male homosexuals who used recreational drugs

【目的】探讨天津市使用娱乐性药品的男男性行为者(MSM)的人口学特征与性行为情况,比较使用娱乐性药品者与非使用娱乐性药品者的人口学特征以及性行为的情况。【方法】主要由天津市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)组织在天津开展。2015年7—9月,使用滚雪球抽样方式招募MSM。通过现场问卷调查收集信息,检查MSM的HIV感染情况。对人口学信息以及行为学变量进行统计学分析。【结果】纳入MSM 410名,年龄为17~70岁。297名(72.4%)MSM未婚且单身,194名(47.3%)月均收入在3000~<5000元,182名(44.4%)受教育程度为高中,366名(89.3%)工作状态为全职。208名MSM自我报告使用过娱乐性药品,其中140名MSM使用过Rush Popper。Rush Popper使用者中无保护性肛交(UAI)的影响因素发现,MSM人群中发生UAI的Rush Popper使用者多集中在30岁以上年龄段、月均收入低于5000元及与非固定伴侣发生性行为(均P<0.05)。【结论】天津市MSM娱乐性药品的使用较为普遍,Rush Popper是使用最普遍的娱乐性药品。应加强对于Rush Popper使用的相关法律法规制定,减少其在MSM人群中的流通。

[Objective]To explore the demographic characteristics and sexual behavior of men who have sex with men(MSM)in Tianjin,and to compare these aspects between recreational drug users and non-users.[Methods]This research was conducted by Tianjin Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.From July to September 2015,various methods such as simple random sampling and snowball sampling were used to recruit MSM.Information was collected through on-site questionnaire surveys,and laboratory tests were conducted to detect human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection status in the research subjects.Statistical description and frequency distribution tests on demographic information and behavioral variables were performed.[Results]A total of 410 qualified participants,ranged from 17 to 70 years old,were included.A total of 297(72.4%)MSM were unmarried,194(47.3%)had monthly income over 3000 yuan,182(44.4%)MSM had high school education,and 366(89.3%)were working full-time.Among all 410 participants,208 MSM self-reported using recreational drugs.Among them,140 MSM had used Rush Popper.Influencing factors of unprotected anal intercourse(UAI)among Rush Popper users include:more than 30 years old,average monthly income less than 5000 yuan,and sex with temporary partners(all P<0.05).[Conclusion]Among MSM in Tianjin,the use of recreational drugs is quite common,and Rush Popper is the most commonly used recreational drug.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and strengthen the relevant laws and regulations for the reduction of Rush Popper circulation among the MSM population.
