摘要
以冰醋酸和无水乙醇为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,无水碳酸钾为干燥剂合成乙酸乙酯,并找到制取乙酸乙酯较高产率和纯度的最佳条件。经过多次对反应条件的探索,控制无水乙醇的用量为20mL、冰醋酸10mL、浓硫酸2mL、反应时间为80min左右、反应温度控制在90℃左右时的产率和纯度是最高的,产物收率最高可得81.40%。
Ethyl acetate was synthesized with glacial acetic acid and anhydrous ethanol as raw materials,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and anhydrous potassium carbonate as desiccant,and the best conditions for preparing ethyl acetate with high yield and purity were found.After many explorations of the reaction conditions,the highest yield and purity can be obtained when the dosage of absolute ethanol is 20mL,glacial acetic acid is 10mL,concentrated sulfuric acid is 2mL,the reaction time is about 80minutes,and the reaction temperature is about 90℃,and the highest product yield can reach 81.40%.
