摘要
三甘醇脱水强化工艺采用高效的板式换热器和先进的旋转齿轮甘醇泵来提高甘醇贫富液的热交换效果,并采用甘醇贫液水冷却器、循环水系统泵出口处和缓冲装置简化工艺流程,降低了脱水装置的能耗和运行成本。
Triethylene glycol dehydration strengthening process adopts efficient plate heat exchanger and advanced rotary gear glycol pump to improve the heat exchange effect of rich and poor glycol solution,and adopts glycol lean solution water cooler,pump outlet of circulating water system and buffer device to simplify the process flow,so as to reduce the energy consumption and operation cost of dehydration unit.
