西北地区霜冻破坏水闸表面涂层结构恶化的研究

摘要 本文提出一种混凝土结构表面涂层修复方法,防止其产生早期再劣化。通过对极端天气地区的水闸结构进行外部目视检查、超声波传播速度测量、黏合强度试验,揭示了霜冻劣化的性质以及再劣化的原因。结果表明:在直接供水的路段,混凝土的劣化程度较高,并且随温度和其他条件而变化,主要原因是表面涂层材料或修补材料上残留的劣化部分由于冻融作用进一步再劣化;在极端天气地区使用表面涂覆修复的混凝土结构耐久性取决于修复前的表面准备。 The purpose of this study is to propose a repair method of concrete structure surface coating to prevent its early redeterioration.External visual inspection,ultrasonic velocity measurement and adhesive strength test are carried out on sluice structures in extreme weather areas,thereby revealing the nature of frost deterioration and the causes of redeterioration.The results show that the deterioration degree of concrete is higherin the road section with direct water supply,and it changes with the temperature and other conditions,the main reason is that the deterioration part of the surface coating material or repair material is further deteriorated due to freeze-thaw effect;the durability of the concrete structure repaired by surface coating in extreme weather area depends on the surface preparation before repair.
