资料管理是水利工程管理的一个重要方面。2013年江都水利工程管理处选取代管运营的江镇河泵闸开展资料精益管理的实践,通过资料盒彩色定位线提高取用效率。2018年开展的智慧资料室建设,实现了非保密资料自建云盘存储,手机可随时调用;纸质资料通过电脑、触摸屏、手机寻址,密集架自动打开,语音、灯光指引资料位置,并且通过红外等传感器技术提高安全管理水平。精益资料管理到智慧管理的实践对水利工程资料管理有一定借鉴价值。
