苎麻全株颗粒料对湖羊生长性能、血液生化及氨基酸指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ramie whole plant pellet on growth performance,blood biochemistry and amino acid indexes of Hu sheep

摘要 为研究苎麻[Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaudich.]全株颗粒料对湖羊生长性能、血液生化及氨基酸指标的影响,选取18头体重相近的公湖羊,随机分为3组,每组6只,分别饲喂花生秆颗粒、苜蓿颗粒和苎麻颗粒,精饲料相同。结果表明,在生长性能方面,3个处理组的初始体重和末体重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。但在平均日增重方面,苎麻颗粒料组比苜蓿颗粒料组降低了3.41%,差异不显著(P>0.05);但比花生秆颗粒料组提高了42.82%,差异显著(P<0.05)。在血液生化指标方面,3个处理组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白均无显著差异(P>0.05)。在湖羊肌肉氨基酸指标方面,3个处理组差异不显著(P>0.05),但苎麻颗粒料有提高羊肉蛋氨酸含量的趋势,较苜蓿颗粒料和花生秆颗粒料分别提高了35.62%和15.12%。 In order to study the effects of ramie[Boehmeria nivea(L.)Gaudich.]whole plant pellet on growth performance,blood bio⁃chemistry and amino acid indexes of Hu sheep,18 male Hu sheep with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 6 sheep in each group.They were fed peanut rod granules,alfalfa granules and ramie granules respectively,and the concentrate was the same.The results showed that there was no significant difference in initial body weight and final body weight among the three treat⁃ment groups(P>0.05).However,in terms of average daily gain,ramie pellet group decreased by 3.41%compared with alfalfa pellet group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);But it was 42.82%higher than that of peanut rod granular material group(P<0.05).In terms of blood biochemical indexes,there was no significant difference in serum total protein,albumin,globulin,total cho⁃lesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein among the three treatment groups(P>0.05).In terms of muscle amino acid indexes of Hu sheep,there was no significant difference among the three treatment groups(P>0.05),but ramie granular material had the trend of increasing mutton methionine content,which was 35.62%and 15.12%higher than alfalfa granular material and pea⁃nut rod granular material,respectively.
