摘要
运用IPA分析法对6个旅游景区的20项科普旅游评价因子进行重要性-满意度分析,结果表明,人员素质、落地项目与宣传推广是目前科普旅游建设中存在的突出问题,最后针对四大象限中的要素分布,提出重点建设项目、适时更新项目、未来拓展项目的发展建议。
This study used IPA method to analyze the importance and satisfaction of 20 popular science tourism evaluation factors in 6 scenic spots.The results showed that personnel quality,landing projects and promotion were the outstanding problems in the construc⁃tion of popular science tourism.Finally,according to the distribution of elements in the four quadrants,the development suggestions of key construction projects,timely updating projects and future expansion projects were put forward.
