Comprehensive evaluation of the development power of natural villages and discussion on the layout of central villages

开展自然村层级的村庄现状分析和发展潜力评价,并针对不同现状条件的自然村提出符合区域情况的发展建议和策略,对研究村庄内部差异、发展需求和区域统筹发展体系的建立具有重大意义。通过发展力条件-限制性因素角度,选取生产、生活和生态功能相关的数据指标,计算各自然村的发展力综合得分和影响因子的影响程度,确定行政村优先发展的偏重区域,并通过地区因素选定权属范围内的发展中心村。

It is of great significance to carry out village status analysis and development potential evaluation at the level of natural vil⁃lages,and provide development suggestions and strategies with the regional situation for natural villages with different status condi⁃tions,so as to study the internal differences of villages,development needs and the establishment of regional overall development sys⁃tem.From the perspective of development capacity conditions-restrictive factors,by selecting data indicators related to production,life and ecological functions,the comprehensive score of development capacity of each natural villages and the influence degree of in⁃fluencing factors were calculated,the priority areas of administrative villages were determined,and the development center villages within the ownership range were selected through regional factors.
