miRNA-214在软骨代谢中的作用

摘要 微小RNA(micro RNA,miRNA)在生命过程中起着重要作用,调控早期胚胎发育和细胞增殖分化与凋亡等。研究发现,miRNA-214在骨代谢过程中发挥重要作用,可增加骨吸收。软骨代谢与骨代谢之间具有一定联系,而miRNA-214在软骨代谢中的作用研究尚未见报道。本文查阅大量文献,从相关软骨细胞因子,如软骨合成-蛋白胶原(collagen,COL),软骨降解-基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP);炎性因子,如白介素(interleukin,IL)等分析miRNA-214与其的关系,进一步探讨miRNA-214在软骨代谢中起作用的可能性,为骨关节炎分子机制研究提供一定参考依据。 Micro RNAs plays an important role in the life processes,and they regulate the early embryonic development and cell proliferation and apoptosis.Research found that miRNA-214 affects bone metabolism by promoting bone resorption.Cartilage metabolism has some relationships with bone metabolism,and it has not been reported about miRNA-214 and cartilage metabolism.So we analyze the relationship between them from the aspects of chondrogenic factors(collagen,COL),chondro-degradation factors(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP),and inflammatory factors(interleukin,IL),referring to other articles and reviews.We explore the possibility of the effects of miRNA-214 on cartilage metabolism,and provide references for researching molecular mechanism of osteoarthritis.
