摘要
食品安全向来受到各级政府和社会各界的关注,而食品经营许可工作作为食品安全工作的重要一环,不仅在于规避食品安全风险,也在于为后续监管工作提供基本信息。食品经营许可区别于食品生产许可,其区域性安全风险降低,经营者数量庞大,工作的难度大大增加。基于此,本文分析了食品经营许可工作的难点,并提出相关策略,为食品经营许可工作的顺利开展提供参考。
Food safety has always received attention from governments at all levels and from all walks of life.As an important part of food safety work,food business license work is not only to avoid food safety risks,but also to provide basic information for subsequent supervision work.Food business license is different from food production license,its regional safety risk is reduced,the number of operators is huge,and the difficulty of work is greatly increased.Based on this,this article analyzes the difficulties of food business license work and proposes relevant strategies to provide references for the smooth development of food business license work.
