摘要
近年来,精酿啤酒在我国掀起一场热潮,越来越多的饮酒群体倾向于精酿啤酒,但具有一定养生效果且营养价值高的啤酒市场仍处于空白。食物的药用属性与传统医药的药用属性息息相关,作为四大民族医药之一的傣医药学,其理论独特、内容丰富,且“药食同源”正是其特色之一。本文主要运用文献研究法对传统精酿啤酒与傣药结合生产养生啤酒的可行性进行分析,了解精酿啤酒目前的产品现状以及傣药的功效,为养生啤酒的发展提供参考。
In recent years,craft beer has set off a boom in China,and more and more drinking groups tend to craft beer,but the beer market with certain health effects and high nutritional value is still blank.The medicinal properties of food are closely related to the medicinal properties of traditional medicine.As one of the four major ethnic medicines,Dai medicine has unique theories and rich content,and“medicine and food homology”is one of its characteristics.This article mainly uses the literature research method to analyze the feasibility of combining traditional craft beer and Dai medicine to produce health beer,understand the current product status of craft beer and the efficacy of Dai medicine,and provide a reference for the development of health beer.
