摘要 企业的诚信经营对内是有形的经营规范,对外是无形的竞争优势。开展食品工业企业诚信管理体系,对于引导食品行业市场主体严格自律,树立风险防控意识,提升管理水平,营造尚德守法的市场环境,促进企业诚信经营有重大而深远的意义。本文将从食品工业企业诚信管理体系高质量建设的角度,探讨了诚信管理体系建设面临的机遇与挑战。 The honest operation of an enterprise is a tangible business norm internally and an invisible competitive advantage externally.The development of a integrity management system for food industry enterprises is of great and farreaching significance for guiding the market participants in the food industry to strictly self-discipline,establish risk prevention and control awareness,improve management levels,create an ethical and law-abiding market environment,and promote corporate’s integrity management.This paper will discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of integrity management system from the perspective of the guiding ideology of high-quality construction of integrity management system in food industry enterprises.
