摘要
目的:研究功能性工程米对斑马鱼酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:采用1%的无水乙醇建立斑马鱼酒精肝损伤模型,用功能性工程米干预30 h,然后用油红O进行染色,在解剖显微镜下拍照并采集数据,用Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像处理软件进行图像分析,计算斑马鱼肝脏脂肪光密度总和(S),并计算样品肝保护作用。结果:低、中、高剂量组的护肝作用分别为12%、13%和40%,高剂量组的斑马鱼肝脏光密度总和与模型对照组相比有显著性差异(p<0.01),证明高剂量组对斑马鱼酒精性脂肪肝有保护作用。结论:功能性工程米对斑马鱼酒精性脂肪肝有保护作用,且呈剂量正相关性。
Objective:To study the protective effect of functional engineered rice on alcoholic liver injury in zebrafish.Methods:1%absolute ethanol was used to establish a zebrafish alcohol liver injury model,and functional engineered rice was used to intervene for 30 h,and then stained with oil red O,photographed under a dissecting microscope and collected data,and imaged with Image-Pro Plus 6.0 the processing software performs image analysis,calculates the total optical density(S)of zebrafish liver fat,and calculates the liver protective effect of the sample.Results:The liver-protecting effects of the low,medium,and high-dose groups were 12%,13%,and 40%,respectively.The total zebrafish liver optical density of the high-dose group was significantly different from that of the model control group(p<0.01).Prove that the high-dose group has a protective effect on zebrafish alcoholic fatty liver.Conclusion:Functional engineered rice has a protective effect on zebrafish alcoholic fatty liver,and there is a positive dose correlation.
