Analysis of China’s Food Safety Related Issues and Discussion of Related Testing Technology Issues

食品安全问题同人们的生活有着密切的联系,也是社会各界关注的焦点。食品安全检测技术在食品安全检测过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。基于此,本文分析了当前我国食品安全存在的主要问题,总结了当前常见的食品安全检测技术,探讨了食品安全检验检测的必要性,提出了食品安全检验检测技术应用策略,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。

Food safety issues are closely related to people’s lives and are also the focus of attention from all walks of life.Food safety testing technology plays a very important role in the food safety testing process.Based on this,this article analyzes the current main problems of food in China,summarizes the current common food safety testing technologies,discusses the necessity of food safety inspection and testing,and proposes strategies for the application of food safety inspection and testing technology in order to provide relevant staff for reference.
