摘要 食品安全问题是当前社会广泛关注的热门话题,在生活质量不断提高的发展背景下,人们越来越注重食品的品质及其安全性。在此基础上,食品检验工作的地位得到显著提升,通过对食品进行检测来判断食品是否达标,充分保障食品质量安全。在新时期下,进入市场中食品的种类和数量均大幅增加,对食品检验实验室的质量控制提出了更高的要求。为此,本文主要针对其现存的问题和不足,提出提升食品检验实验室质量控制水平的实践对策,旨在为进一步推动食品检验实验室活动健康发展,充分保障食品安全提供参考。 Food safety is a hot topic widely concerned by the current society.Under the background of the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,more and more attention is paid to food quality and health safety.On this basis,the status of food inspection work has been significantly improved.By testing the food,we can judge whether the food meets the standard and fully ensure the food quality and safety.In the new era,the types and quantities of food entering the market have been greatly increased,which put forward higher requirements for the quality control of food inspection laboratories.Therefore,this article focuses on its existing problems and shortcomings and puts forward practical countermeasures to improve the quality control level of food inspection laboratory,aiming to further promote the healthy development of food inspection laboratory activities and fully ensure food safety.
