Food safety is a hot topic widely concerned by the current society.Under the background of the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,more and more attention is paid to food quality and health safety.On this basis,the status of food inspection work has been significantly improved.By testing the food,we can judge whether the food meets the standard and fully ensure the food quality and safety.In the new era,the types and quantities of food entering the market have been greatly increased,which put forward higher requirements for the quality control of food inspection laboratories.Therefore,this article focuses on its existing problems and shortcomings and puts forward practical countermeasures to improve the quality control level of food inspection laboratory,aiming to further promote the healthy development of food inspection laboratory activities and fully ensure food safety.
