摘要
对石墨炉原子吸收法测定酱腌菜中铅含量的不确定度进行评定,系统分析不确定度来源,计算各不确定度分量和合成不确定度、扩展不确定度,为评价方法的可靠性和分析的准确性提供参考。结果表明,当称样量为0.2318 g时,k=2(95%置信度),石墨炉原子吸收法测定酱腌菜中铅含量的测量结果表述为:(0.45±0.069)mg·kg^(-1),k=2。
The uncertainty of determination of lead in pickles by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty are analyzed systematically.Each uncertainty component,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated.It provides a reference for the reliability of the evaluation method and the accuracy of the analysis.The results showed that when the sample weight was 0.2318 g,k=2(95%confidence),the measurement result of lead content in pickles by GFAAS was(0.45±0.069)mg·kg^(-1),k=2.
