川南地区骨科预入院患者营养知信行现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Orthopedic Pre-admission Patients’Nutrition Knowledge,Attitude and Practice in Southern Sichuan

摘要 目的:了解川南地区骨科预入院患者的营养知识、态度与行为现状及其影响因素,为住院期间进一步提高患者营养知识,养成健康的饮食行为提供策略。方法:2020年8月—12月,通过网络平台邀请符合纳入标准的研究对象填写营养知信行调查问卷。结果:本次问卷回收率为97.74%。川南地区骨科预入院患者营养知识主要获取途径以电视(51.64%)、社交平台(微博、抖音)(37.57%)、社交软件(微信、QQ)(34.49%)为主。79.58%的川南地区骨科预入院患者营养知识掌握较好,营养态度较好的占69.36%,饮食行为较好的占42.20%。不同的性别、学历、居住地、居住模式等对营养的知信行的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:川南地区骨科预入院患者的营养知识、信念、行为总体较好。但部分患者缺乏专业知识,饮食行为不合理,并受多种因素影响。对此,应针对性地加强该人群的营养健康教育,促使其养成合理的饮食行为。 Objective:To understand the status quo of nutritional knowledge,attitudes and practice of pre-admitted orthopedic patients in southern Sichuan and their influencing factors,and to provide strategies for further improving patients'nutritional knowledge and developing healthy eating behaviors during hospitalization.Methods:From August to December 2020,research subjects who met the inclusion criteria were invited to fill in a questionnaire on nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice through an online platform.Results:The response rate of this questionnaire was 97.74%.The main ways of obtaining nutritional knowledge of orthopedic pre-admission patients in southern Sichuan are television(51.64%),social platforms(Weibo,Tik Tok)(37.57%),and social software(WeChat,QQ)(34.49%).79.58%of pre-admission orthopedic patients in southern Sichuan have good knowledge of nutrition,69.36%have better nutritional attitudes,and 42.20%have better eating behaviors.Different genders,educational backgrounds,residences,and residence patterns have statistically significant effects on nutritional knowledge,beliefs and behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice of pre-admission orthopedic patients in southern Sichuan are generally better.However,some patients lack professional knowledge,have unreasonable dietary behaviors,and are affected by many factors.In this regard,nutrition and health education for this population should be strengthened in a targeted manner to encourage them to develop reasonable dietary behaviors.
