激活专家办刊机制 促进学报特色发展——以《青岛农业大学学报(社会科学版)》为例

Activating the Mechanism of Running Journals with the Participation of Experts and Scholars to Promote the Characteristic Construction of Journals——Taking Journal of Qingdao Agricultural University (Social Science) as an Example

在现有相关研究资料的基础上,通过分析《青岛农业大学学报(社会科学版)》的编辑出版情况、稿件刊发情况、学报质量和社会影响力状况,发现学报发展存在专家办刊体现不足、专家办刊缺乏活力、特色建设缺少资源支撑等问题,提出确定好编委会、建设好审稿专家库、调动审稿专家的积极性与主动性、定期淘汰不合格的审稿专家、责任编辑学者化和专家化的建议,完善并激活专家办刊机制,实现专家办刊促进学报特色发展。

On the basis of the existing relevant research materials,this paper analyzes the editing and publishing situation,manuscript publishing situation,journal quality and social influence of Journal of Qingdao Agricultural University (social science edition),and finds the problems and challenges in the development of the journal,such as the lack of the participation of experts and scholars in running the journal that leads to the lack of resource support for characteristic construction;the lack of vitality of experts and scholars in running the journal.It proposes to establish the editorial committee,build a growing database of experts for reviewing manuscripts,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the reviewers,regularly eliminate unqualified reviewers,and make responsible editors scholar and exper to improve and activate the mechanism of experts’ participation of running journals,and promote the development of journals with different characteristics,goes further to run journals publicly to achieve characteristic development.
