油茶蒲综合利用研究进展

Research Progress on Comprehensive Utilization of Camellia Fruit Shell

油茶是我国特有的木本食用油料树种,在南方地区得到大面积推广种植。油茶蒲是茶油加工的主要副产物,含有丰富的纤维素、木质素以及多种活性成分。随着油茶产业的发展,每年都会产生大量的油茶蒲,其资源化利用对改善生态环境、延长油茶产业链具有重要意义。近年来,国内外学者根据油茶蒲的成分和结构特点对油茶蒲开展相关研究工作。本文简述了油茶蒲在农业、医药和工业等领域的研究进展和应用情况,以期为油茶蒲更好的开发利用提供参考。

Camellia oleifera is a unique woody edible oil tree which is widely planted in south China.Camellia fruit shell is the main by-product of camellia oil processing,containing cellulose,Lignin and many other active ingredients.With the development of camellia industry,a lot of camellia fruit shell is produced every year.Therefore,the resource utilization of camellia fruit shell is of great significance to improve the ecological environment and extend the industrial chain of camellia.In recent years,researchers have carried out researches on the composition and structural characteristics of camellia fruit shell.This paper introduces the research progress and application of camellia fruit shell in agriculture,medicine and industry,providing reference for better development and utilization of camellia fruit shell.
