新时代强化农村基层党组织政治功能探析

On Strengthen the Political Function of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations in the New Era

农村基层党组织是党在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础。政治功能是农村基层党组织的“魂”,是农村开展各项工作保持正确政治方向和坚定政治立场的重要保障。当前,部分农村基层党组织的政治功能存在弱化、虚化和软化问题,制约其实际作用的发挥。文章认为要从加强政治领导、创新宣传方式、强化科学管理、落实政策核查、提高服务水平、深化政治教育等方面入手,使农村党组织的政治功能得到充分发挥,为乡村振兴提供政治保证。

Rural grass-roots Party organizations are the basis of the Party's overall work and combat effectiveness in rural areas.Political function is the"soul"of rural grass-roots Party organizations and an important guarantee for rural areas to car⁃ry out various work,maintain a correct political direction and firm political position.At present,the political functions of some rural grass-roots Party organizations are weakened,virtualized,and softened,which restricts their practical role.This pa⁃per holds that we should give full play to the political function of rural Party organizations and provide political guarantee for rural revitalization from the aspects of strengthening political leadership,innovating publicity methods,strengthening scientific management,implementing policy verification,improving service level,and deepening political education.
