早强水泥基复合材料的配合比设计及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了满足首都高速公路车流量较大、车辆重载率高且断交通施工时间要求较短、所用工程材料在较短时间内应能达到较高力学性能的要求,通过试验,研究了早强水泥基复合材料的组成和设计参数对其工作性能和力学性能的影响,确定了各种原材料的最佳用量,并提出了该早强水泥基复合材料的最佳配合比。该早强水泥基复合材料早期强度高、凝结时间适中、工作性能较优且施工方便。同时,对早强水泥基复合材料的耐久性能进行了研究,发现该早强水泥基复合材料具有较好的耐磨性能和收缩性能,适用于公路快速修复工程和对材料有早强要求的工程。 In order to meet the requirements of the capital expressway with large traffic volume,high vehicle load rate and short traffic interruption construction time and the engineering materials can achieve higher mechanical properties in short time,effect of the early-strength cement-based composites component and design parameters on its'working performance and mechanical properties were studied through experiments.The optimal amount of various raw materials was determined.The best mix ratio of the cement-based composite material was proposed.This material had the advantages of high early strength,moderate setting time,better working performance and convenient construction.At the same time,its'durability performance was studied.It was found to have good wear resistance and shrinkage properties,which are suitable for highway projects rapidly repaired and projects with early-strength requirements for materials.
