摘要 聚焦高速公路运营管理研究,基于某高速公路运营公司发展现状,分析该公司在高速公路运营管理方面出现的问题,找出高速公路发展的差距和下一步努力的方向。并且以企业战略管理理论为依据,重新对高速公路行业进行战略定位,并提出相对应的创新性经营管理模式。另外,以实现新的战略定位为最终目标,制定高速公路专营公司的运营模式,并提出切合实际的行业运营发展建议——依托资源优势,以连锁化、品牌化、特色化经营为核心竞争优势,实现该公司的终极战略定位。 This paper focuses on research of expressway operation and management,based on development status of a highway operation company, analyzes its’ problems of operation and management and finds out the gaps of expressway development and the direction in future. Based on enterprise strategic management theory, the expressway industry was strategically positioned again and the corresponding innovative management mode was put forward. A new strategic positioning was regarded as the ultimate goal, the operation mode of the expressway franchise company was formulated.Practical suggestions on industry operation and development were put forward. The company should rely on resource advantage and take chain, brand and characteristic operation as the core competitive advantages to realize the ultimate strategic positioning of the company.
