复杂网络视域下京津冀及周边城市空气质量空间关联、季节演化与协同治理 被引量:3

Spatial Correlation,Seasonal Evolution and Collaborative Governance of Air Quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Its Surrounding Cities from the Perspective of Complex Network

摘要 取2015—2019年京津冀及周边共31个城市的日均AQI作为样本,基于皮尔逊相关系数与引力模型,构建京津冀及周边城市的空气污染关联网络,并对网络的整体特征与季节演化情况进行了分析。结果表明,京津冀及周边城市空气污染空间关联网络较为紧密,中心性较高的城市对空气污染有更高的传输贡献,对其他城市空气污染传输的控制能力最强;在不同季节,城市空气污染关联紧密性存在较大差别,其中冬季网络的关联性最强;城市空气污染具有群聚现象,城市空气污染网络可分为三个子群。基于以上研究结论,提出了相关政策与建议:不同城市应依据当地不同季节的气候条件,制定不同的空气污染防治政策;对于污染比较严重,对空气污染传输贡献大的城市应当重点监控;对于城市空气质量关联较为紧密,甚至位于同一子群的城市,应建立其联防联控机制。 This paper selects the average daily AQI of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding 31 cities from 2015 to 2019 as the sample.Basing the Pearson correlation coefficient and the gravity model,the air pollution correlation network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding cities is constructed,and the overall characteristics and seasonal evolution of the network are analyzed.The results show that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and its surrounding cities have a relatively close spatial correlation network of air pollution.Cities with higher degree have higher transmission contribution to air pollution,and have the strongest ability to control air pollution transmission in other cities.In different seasons,the closeness of city air pollution is quite different,and the winter network is the strongest.City air pollution has clustering phenomenon,and its network can be divided into three subgroups.Based on the above research,the relevant policies are put forward.The government should formulate different air pollution prevention and control policies according to different local climate conditions.Cities with more serious pollution and large contributions to air pollution transmission should focus on monitoring.For cities that are closely related to air quality,even located in the same subgroup,joint prevention and control mechanism should be established.
