摘要
本研究是在对学生顶岗实习现状分析的基础上将网格化管理理论应用于高职食品类专业学生顶岗实习的管理中。通过组建校企协同上下联动的顶岗实习四级网格管理体系,将学校、企业、学生置于一个网格系统中,使学生在顶岗实习全过程都处于有效管理中,从而实现顶岗实习管理的网格化和精细化,提升高素质技术技能型人才培养质量,增强就业竞争力。研究结果表明,网格化管理是食品类专业高职学生顶岗实习的有效管理模式。
This study is based on the analysis of the current situation of students’internship,and applies the grid management theory to the management of food Majors’internship in higher vocational colleges.Through the establishment of a four level grid management system of school enterprise collaboration,the school,enterprises and students are placed in a grid system,so that the students are under effective management in the whole process of internship,so as to realize the grid and refinement of internship management,improve the quality of technical and skilled personnel training,and enhance employment competitiveness.The results show that the grid management is an effective management mode for food majors.
