摘要
幼儿教师队伍建设是提高学前教育质量的关建。充分利用当地已有资源,立足实际,促进其本土化发展是有效发展幼儿教师队伍的路径之一。本文基于园校融合共建的视角,探寻幼儿教师队伍本土化发展过程中,对幼儿园应发挥作用的需求进行调查分析,总结归纳,并在此基础上,提出有效应对需求的措施,以求为幼儿教师本土化发展提供借鉴性。
The construction of preschool teachers is the key to improve the quality of preschool education.It is one of the effective ways to develop preschool teachers to make full use of existing local resources,base on reality and promote their localized development.Based on the perspective of kindergarten and school integration and co-construction,this paper explores the needs for kindergartens to play a role in the localized development of preschool teachers,and summarizes them.On this basis,it puts forward effective measures to deal with the needs,in order to provide reference for the localized development of preschool teachers.
