摘要
教师培养模式是教师教育改革的核心环节。本研究以南宁师范大学特殊教育专业为例,从其培养目标、课程体系、课堂教学、师资队伍建设、实践教学体系等方面,阐述了特殊教育专业"教康一体"师资培养模式的实践与探索,不仅提升了特殊教育人才培养的质量,同时为深化教师教育改革提供了借鉴的路径。
The teacher training mode is the core link of the reform of teacher education.Taking Nanning Normal University as an example,this study expounds the practice and exploration of the"integration of education and health"teaching mode of special education specialty from the aspects of its training objectives,curriculum system,classroom teaching,faculty construction and practical teaching system,which not only improves the quality of special education personnel training,at the same time,it provides reference for deepening the reform of teacher education.
