The Core Issues of Innovative Education Development in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of National Innovation-driven Development Strategy

国家创新驱动发展战略是我国在严峻的新形势下提出的以强调科技创新、人才强国为核心的国家重大发展战略,中小学创新教育是提高国家自主创新能力、建设创新型国家所需人才的重要奠基环节。为此,中小学教育作为培养有潜力的基础人才的重要基地,不得不去直面和厘清创新教育普及化发展、创新主体性参与、学段结构化衔接和全方位创新文化氛围培育等核心议题。

As Chinese major national development strategy,the national innovation-driven development strategy was put forward under the grim new situation which many countries pay attention to scientific and technological innovation and human resource development as the core.Innovation education in primary and secondary schools is an important cornerstone for improving national independent innovation ability and building an innovative country.Therefore,as an important base for training potential basic manpower,primary and secondary schools have to face and clarify the core issues such as the popularization development of innovative education,the participation of innovative education subjectivity,the structural connection of learning periods and the cultivation of all-round innovative cultural atmosphere.
