总结杨骏教授针药结合治疗原发性震颤的经验。杨教授认为,原发性震颤多为本虚标实、下虚上实之证,病位在脑,与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关,针对病因施治,以补肝健脾益肾、益气养血濡筋为治疗原则,兼以化痰、祛瘀、清热、息风祛除标实,方药以六味地黄丸合四物汤配生龙骨、龟板胶为主方加减,选穴以百会、肝俞、肾俞、脾俞、命门、太溪、绝骨、足三里、头针舞蹈震颤区为主穴,针药结合,针灸并用。针灸治疗时注重"三脏同调,针法为补""足三里针、灸并用",且善用头针,故临证疗效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。

This paper summarizes professor YANG Jun’s experience in treating primary tremor by acupuncture combined with medicine. He holds that the syndromes of primary tremor are mostly syndrome of asthenia in the root and sthenia in the branch as well as lower asthenia and upper sthenia,the location of disease is in the brain,and is closely related to the three organs of liver,spleen and kidney and therefore the treatment targets the cause of the disease,taking invigorating liver,strengthening spleen and nourishing kidney as well as replenishing qi,nourishing blood and nurturing tendon as the therapeutic principles,combined with resolving phlegm,removing stasis,clearing away heat and stopping wind to expel sthenia in the branch. The prescriptions and medicinals take Liuwei Dihuang Wan( 六味地黄丸) combined Siwu Tang( 四物汤) compatible with Draconis Os and Colla Carapax et Plastri Testudinis as main prescription and modify,the acupoint selection takes Baihui( GV 20),Ganshu( BL 18),Shenshu( BL 23),Pishu( BL 20),Mingmen( GV 4),Taixi( KI 3),Juegu,Zusanli( ST 36),and scalp acupuncture in the chorea-trembling controlled area as main acupoint,acupuncture combined with medicine,simultaneous use of acupunture and moxibustion. In the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,he focuses on "simultaneous harmonizing three zang-organs,acupuncture manipulation for reinforcement""simultaneous acupuncture and moxibustion at Zusanli( ST 36) ",and excels at scalp acupuncture,thereby achieving significant efficacy in clinical practice. One typical case is attached for verification.
