基于“脏腑别通”理论初探中医消法对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肠道稳态的作用

Effects of TCM resolving therapy for intestinal tract homeostasis of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on “interconnection of zang-fu organs”theory

基于"脏腑别通"理论,试从中医学"肝气通于大肠"角度及西医学肠肝轴两方面阐述非酒精性脂肪性肝病与肠道稳态失和之间的相关性,认为西医学肠肝轴与中医学"脏腑别通"理论具有一致性,探讨中医消法在非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肠道稳态中的应用,指出中医"消法"内涵丰富,二陈汤为广义"消法"的代表方剂,体现了中医学"以平为期"的治疗理念,是恢复非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肠道稳态的有效方剂。

Based on "interconnection of zang-fu organs"theory,this paper tries to expound the correlation between the disharmony of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease( NAFLD) and intestinal tract homeostasis from the two aspects of"liver-qi flowing through the large intestine"in TCM and the gut-liver axis in Western medicine,holds that the gut-liver axis in Western medicine is consistent with "interconnection of zang-fu organs"theory in TCM,and discusses the application of TCM resolving therapy for intestinal tract homeostasis of patients with NAFLD. It is pointed out that TCM "resolving therapy"has rich connotation,and Erchen Tang( 二陈汤) is a representative prescription of "resolving therapy"in a broad sense,which embodies the therapeutic concept of "aiming for achieving balance"of TCM. It is an effective prescription to restore intestinal tract homeostasis in patients with NAFLD.
