柔性管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果观察

Application effect observation on flexible management in hospital nursing management

目的观察柔性管理在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月兰州市第二人民医院住院患者100例作为研究对象,按入院顺序编号,采用奇偶法随机分为观察组(奇数组)和对照组(偶数组),各50例。选择同期20名护士,亦采用奇偶法随机分为2组,其中10名护士(奇数组)接受柔性护理管理,并为观察组患者提供相应护理服务;另外10名护士(偶数组)接受常规护理管理,并为对照组患者提供常规护理服务。比较2组的护理技能、专科护理、护理安全及基础护理等4项护理管理质量评价指标评分以及2组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组护理技能、专科护理、护理安全及基础护理等4项护理管理质量评价指标评分均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者护理总满意率为96%(48/50),对照组为78%(39/50),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论以柔性管理模式实施护理管理,可有效提升医院护理管理质量,并能提高患者满意度,值得临床深入研究与推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of flexible management in hospital nursing management. Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,totally 100 inpatients of the Second People’s Hospital of Lanzhou were chosen as research objects. According to the admission order,they were randomly divided into observation group( odd number group) and control group( even number group) using the odd-even method,with 50 cases in each group. Twenty nurses in the same period were randomly divided into 2 groups using the odd-even method,of whom 10 nurses( odd number group) received flexible nursing management and provided corresponding nursing services for patients in the observation group;Another 10 nurses( even number group) received routine nursing management and provided routine nursing services for patients in the control group. The scores of 4 nursing management quality assessment indexes,namely nursing skills,specialized nursing,nursing safety and basic nursing etc.,along with the nursing satisfaction degree of the patients were compared between the 2 groups. Results The scores of 4 nursing management quality assessment indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant between the 2 groups( P<0.01). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96%( 48/50),that of the control group was 78%( 39/50),and the differences were statistically significant between the 2 groups( P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of nursing management with flexible management mode can effectively improve the quality of hospital nursing management and improve patient satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical in-depth research and promotion.
