某金矿充填用分级细尾砂浓密试验研究与应用 被引量:7

Thickening Test and Application of Graded Fine Tailings for Filling in a Gold Mine

摘要 基于某金矿-37μm含量80%以上的充填用分级细尾砂,开展了室内静态絮凝沉降试验、室内动态浓密沉降试验和现场半工业浓密试验,进行了砂浆质量浓度、絮凝剂类型、絮凝剂用量对分级细尾砂沉降的影响规律研究,掌握了泥层高度与浓密机底流质量浓度的匹配关系。试验结果表明:室内静态絮凝沉降试验和动态浓密沉降试验确定的最佳砂浆稀释质量浓度、最佳絮凝剂用量、单位面积处理量可用于指导矿山确定充填用浓密机合理直径,而室内试验的底流质量浓度试验数据均低于现场半工业浓密试验,一定时间内浓密机的底流质量浓度随着泥层高度的增加先增大后趋于稳定不变,现场半工业浓密试验数据可用于指导矿山确定充填用浓密机合理高度。 Based on the graded fine tailings with more than 80% content of-37 μm particle size in a gold mine, indoor static flocculation sedimentation tests, indoor dynamic thickening sedimentation tests and on-site semi industrial thickening tests were carried out. The influences of mortar mass concentration, flocculant type and flocculant dosage on the settlement of graded fine tailings were studied. The matching relationship between the mud layer height and the underflow concentration of thickener was mastered. The test results show that, the optimal mortar dilution mass concentration, the optimal flocculant dosage and the unit area treatment capacity determined by indoor static flocculation sedimentation tests and dynamic thickening sedimentation tests can be used to guide the mine to determine the reasonable diameter of thickener for filling. The data of underflow mass concentration in indoor tests is lower than that in field semi industrial thickening tests. In a certain period of time, the underflow mass concentration of thickener first increases and then tends to be stable with the increase of mud layer height. The field semi industrial thickening test data can be used to guide the mine to determine the reasonable height of thickener for filling.
