摘要
随着矿山开采深度的不断增加,井下通风系统越来越复杂,矿井热害问题越来越明显。以大柳行金矿奄口矿区矿井为例,进行了三维仿真热模拟计算,运用Ventsim软件对热害治理方案实施前后的矿井通风系统进行了模拟,通过对模拟结果进行分析,确定了最佳治理方案,并模拟分析了采掘作业后期的热害治理效果。结果表明:模拟计算的偏差率在允许范围内,热害治理方案的应用可有效降低矿井工作面的温度。
With the continuous increase of mining depth, underground ventilation system becomes more and more complex, and the problems of mine heat hazard are more and more obvious. Taking the deep wells of Yankou mining area in Daliuxing gold mine as an example, three-dimensional heat simulation calculation was carried out. Ventsim software was used to simulate the mine ventilation system before and after implementing heat hazard control method. Through the analysis of simulation results, the optimized control method was determined. And the heat hazard control effect in later stage of mining operation was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the simulated deviation rate is within the allowable range of design, and the application of heat hazard control scheme can effectively reduce the temperature of working faces in deep wells.
