某铜钼矿选矿及尾矿水回用试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Study on Beneficiation and Tailings Water Reuse in a Copper and Molybdenum Ore

摘要 对某铜钼矿石中的铜、钼回收及尾矿水回用进行了选矿试验研究。原矿入选品位Cu 0.43%、Mo 0.021%,采用了铜钼混合浮选—铜钼分离浮选、粗精矿再磨再选工艺流程,最终获得的选矿指标为:铜精矿中含Cu 20.79%、回收率为90.18%;钼精矿中含Mo 46.27%,回收率为68.30%。全流程试验产生的废水放置48 h后再进行回用,对铜浮选指标影响不大,但会影响钼浮选指标。 Beneficiation experiments on recovery of copper and molybdenum from a copper-molybdenum ore and the reuse of tailings water were carried out. The selected grade of the ore was Cu 0.43% and Mo 0.021%, and the process flow of copper-molybdenum mixed flotation and copper-molybdenum separation flotation for coarse concentrate regrinding and reseparation was adopted. The final beneficiation indexes were as follows: Cu 20.79% in copper concentrate with recovery of 90.18%;Molybdenum concentrate containing Mo 46.27% with recovery of 68.30%. The waste water from the whole process test was reused after 48 h, which had little effect on the flotation index of copper, but would affect the flotation index of molybdenum.
