注射用头孢噻呋钠对自然感染细菌性牛呼吸道疾病的治疗试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on the treatment of ceftiofur sodium for injection on natural bacterial respiratory diseases in cattle

摘要 试验旨在评价注射用头孢噻呋钠(沃瑞特)对自然感染细菌性牛呼吸道疾病(BRD)的治疗效果,并确定合理给药剂量。通过细菌学鉴定、临床诊断与血液学检查选择60头自然感染BRD的西门塔尔牛,随机分为4组,分别为低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组以及药物对照组,每组15头。另外随机选取15头健康牛作为健康对照组。对高、中、低剂量组的实验牛以肌内注射的方式分别按每千克体重4.4、2.2、1.1 mg的剂量给予注射用头孢噻呋钠(沃瑞特),药物对照组按每千克体重2.2 mg的剂量给予注射用头孢噻呋钠(替奥福),连续给药3 d。健康对照组按每千克体重2.2 mg的剂量给予生理盐水。于给药前(D0日)和给药结束后一天(D4日)采集各治疗组实验牛的鼻拭子和血液,通过对各实验牛的病原菌检出率、血液学检查、血清生化检查、临床评分、治愈率、有效率、不良反应等进行记录和统计,评价不同剂量注射用头孢噻呋钠的治疗效果。结果显示,低、中、高剂量组以及药物对照组对细菌性BRD均有治疗作用,低、中、高剂量组的有效率为60.0%、93.3%、93.3%,治愈率为46.7%、86.7%、93.3%;药物对照组的有效率和治愈率分别为100%和86.7%。结果表明,中、高剂量组与药物对照组的有效率和治愈率均无显著差异(P>0.05),均有显著治疗效果。注射用头孢噻呋钠(沃瑞特)按每千克体重2.2 mg的剂量给药,连用3 d,可有效治疗细菌性BRD。 The trial was designed to evaluate the efficacy of ceftiofur sodium(Woruite?) for injection in the treatment of naturally infected bacterial bovine respiratory disease(BRD) and to determine the appropriate dose to administer.According to the test criteria,60 Simmental cattle naturally infected with BRD were selected by bacteriological identification,clinical diagnosis and haematological examination and randomly divided into 4 groups,the test groups were low dose group,medium dose group,high dose group and drug control group,15 cattle in each group.Then 15 healthy cattle were randomly selected as the healthy control group.All test cattle in the high,medium and low-dose group were given 4.4,2.2 and 1.1 mg/kg·bw of ceftiofur sodium for injection(Woruite?) by intramuscular injection respectively.2.2 mg/kg·bw of ceftiofur sodium for injection(Tiofur?) in the drug control group for 3 d and 2.2 mg/kg·bw of saline in the control group.Nasal swabs and blood were collected from test cattle in each treatment group before(Day 0) and one day after the end of dosing(Day 4).The therapeutic effects of different doses of ceftiofur sodium for injection were evaluated by recording and counting the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria,haematological results,serum biochemical results,clinical score,cure rate,efficiency rate and adverse effects in each test cattle.The results showed that the low,medium and high dose groups as well as the drug control group had a therapeutic effect on bacterial BRD,with an effective rate of 60.0%,93.3% and 93.3% in the low,medium and high dose group and cure rates of46.7%,86.7% and 93.3%.The effective rate and cure rate in the drug control group were 100% and86.7% respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the effective rate and cure rate between the medium and high dose groups and the drug control group(P>0.05),both of which had significant therapeutic effects.Ceftiofur sodium(Woruite?) for injection administered at a dose of 2.2 mg/kg·bw for 3 d was effective in the treatment of bacterial BRD.
