摘要
文章研制了一种宽带毫米波磁电偶极子天线。该天线采用基片集成波导缝隙耦合馈电,抑制了表面波辐射,降低了传输损耗。通过中心地板蚀刻的矩形缝隙和上层贴片蚀刻的H型缝隙,来优化电流路径,改善天线的谐振和匹配特性,提高了天线的辐射效率。采用HFSS软件进行仿真,对天线进行了优化设计,结果表明,天线的-10 dB阻抗带宽为24.5 GHz~33 GHz,且带宽内增益平稳,方向图稳定,E面和H面辐射方向图具有低交叉极化特性。该天线的宽带和易集成特性使其在毫米波无线通信系统中具有很好的应用前景。
A wideband millimeter wave magneto-electric dipole antenna is presented in this paper.The antenna is feed by substrate integrated waveguid,therefore the surface wave propagation and the transmission loss are suppressed.A rectagle slot is notced on the middle ground plane and a H type slot is notched on the radiation patch.The current path of the antenna is optimized because of the slots.Meanwhie the resonant characteristics and the impedance matching are improved,the radiation efficency of the antenna is better.The parameters of the antenna were simulated and optimized with HFSS,the best antenna design was got.The simulated result shows the-10 dB impedance bandwidth of the antenna is 24.5 GHz-33 GHz.The stable radiation pattern in the E-plane and H-plane with low cross polarization and low back radiation could be achieved.The antenna has stable gain and good performance.The antenna is well suited to be integrated within various devices.The proposed antenna has a good prospect in millimeter communication system due to its characteristic of wide bandwidth.
