口内扫描仪结合3D打印技术单冠固定修复效果

Intraoral Scanner Combined with 3D Printing Technology Single Crown Fixed Repair Effect

目的研究在患者的单冠固定修复中应用口内扫描仪联合3D打印技术的临床效果。方法于2018年8月—2020年8月在该院收治的单颗牙牙体缺损修复患者中随机抽取72例作为研究对象,经抽签法将其平均分为观察组(36例)和常规组(36例)。常规组采取传统固定修复方法,即硅橡胶取模灌注石膏模型修复,观察组采取3D打印技术联合口内扫描仪进行单冠固定修复,观察并对比两组患者对牙齿修复效果的满意度、修复前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分以及患者的生活质量评分。结果观察组患者对牙齿修复的满意度(97.22%)高于常规组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.032);观察组患者的生活质量评分[社会功能(91.57±1.26)分,物质生活(91.34±1.98)分,心理功能(90.82±1.18)分,躯体功能(90.82±1.26)分]均明显高于常规组[社会功能(74.53±1.89)分,物质生活(75.62±3.54)分,心理功能(74.65±1.75)分,躯体功能(74.53±2.68)分],差异有统计学意义(t=45.010、23.254、45.967、33.005,P<0.001);修复前,两组患者的焦虑评分,观察组为(62.36±6.18)分,常规组为(62.41±6.22)分;抑郁评分,观察组为(64.52±5.98)分,常规组为(64.57±6.05)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.034、0.035,P=0.973、0.972);修复后,观察组患者的焦虑评分(42.68±3.67)分、抑郁评分(43.51±4.58)分显著低于常规组(47.49±4.23)分、(49.32±4.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.153、5.186,P<0.001)。结论在单颗牙牙体缺损修复患者的单冠固定修复中应用口内扫描仪与3D打印技术的临床效果显著,可提升患者对修复效果的满意度,改善患者的心理状况与生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical effects of intraoral scanner combined with 3D printing technology in the fixation of a single crown of patients.Methods From August 2018 to August 2020,72 patients with single tooth defect repaired in the hospital were randomly selected as observation objects,and they were divided into observation group(36 cases)and conventional group(36 cases)by lottery method.The conventional group adopted the traditional fixed restoration method,that was,the silicone rubber mold was used to infuse the plaster model to repair.The observation group used 3D printing technology combined with an intraoral scanner for single crown fixed restoration.Observed and compared the satisfaction,anxiety score,depression score and the patient’s quality of life score of the two groups of patients with the tooth restoration effect,before and after restoration.Results The observation group's satisfaction with tooth restoration(97.22%)was higher than that of the conventional group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P=0.032);the observation group’s quality of life score[social function(91.57±1.26)points,material life(91.34±1.98)points,mental function(90.82±1.18)points,physical function(90.82±1.26)points]were significantly higher than the conventional group[social function(74.53±1.89)points,material life(75.62±3.54)points,mental function(74.65±1.75)points,physical function(74.53±2.68)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=45.010,23.254,45.967,33.005,P<0.001);before restoration,the anxiety scores of the two groups of patients,observation group was(62.36±6.18)points;conventional group was(62.41±6.22)points;depression score,observation group was(64.52±5.98)points,conventional group was(64.57±6.05)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.034,0.035,P=0.973,0.972);after repair,the anxiety score(42.68±3.67)points and depression score(43.51±4.58)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(47.49±4.23)points,(49.32±4.92)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.153,5.186,P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical effect of the application of intraoral scanner and 3D printing technology in the single crown fixation of patients with single tooth defect repair is significant,which can increase the satisfaction of patients with the repair effect,improve the patient's psychological condition and quality of life.
