摘要
风险管理能力是工程造价咨询企业的核心竞争力之一。企业面对诸多内部风险和外部风险,风险发生后造成的影响将最终对工程造价咨询机构造成一定程度的损害。工程造价咨询质量风险管理的目标是,找出事物运行的内在原因和规律,在遵循风险发生规律的基础上,通过事前策划和过程干预将咨询质量控制在委托方可以接受的范围之内,做到“防患于未然”。工程造价咨询同时具有技术的属性和服务的属性。文章着重从服务的视角对工程造价咨询常见质量风险进行识别,继而进行深度认知和分析,以期从更深层面思考并提出此类风险的应对之道。
Risk management ability is one of the core competitiveness of engineering cost consulting enterprises.Enterprises are faced with many internal risks and external risks,and the impact caused by the risks will eventually cause some damage to the engineering cost consulting institutions.The goal of quality risk management of engineering cost consultation is to find out the internal causes and laws of things'operation,and to control the consultation quality within the acceptable range of the entrusting party through prior planning and process intervention on the basis of following the law of risk occurrence,so as to"prevent problems before they happen".Engineering cost consultation has both technical attributes and service attributes.This paper focuses on the identification of common quality risks in engineering cost consultation from the perspective of service,and then carries out in-depth cognition and analysis,with a view to thinking from a deeper level and proposing countermeasures for such risks.
