摘要
文章介绍了不同地区市政道路桥梁工程造价的几种主要影响因素,包括管理行为、设计行为、地形、地质灾害、打破市场壁垒、技术更新速度等,从不同地区地理差异上分析了以上影响因素给城市市政道路桥梁工程造价所带来的影响和工程造价在其影响下所呈现出来的水平。其中,建设市场越发达省份、经济水平越高地区的管理行为、设计行为和技术更新换代的速度,会促进市政道路桥梁造价水平的提高;从地形因素来评估,北方地区受到地形干扰项少,其市政道路桥梁工程整体造价水平较高;南方地区的地质灾害更加频发,在南方地区进行市政道路桥梁建设工程造价工作难度更大;受打破市政道路桥梁建设市场壁垒影响,南方的企业到北方建设经营比北方的企业去南方建设经营,工程造价更容易把握。不同地区市政道路桥梁工程造价对以上因素影响的反应不尽相同,通过进一步研究发现,提高一个地方市政道路桥梁工程造价水平的根本途径是进一步培育建设市场。
This paper introduces several main influencing factors of municipal road and bridge engineering cost in different regions,including management behavior,design behavior,topography,geological disasters,breaking market barriers,technology update speed,etc.,and analyzes the influence of the above influencing factors on urban municipal road and bridge engineering cost and the level of engineering cost under the influence.Among them,the management behavior,design behavior and the speed of technology upgrading in the more developed provinces and regions with higher economic level will promote the improvement of the cost level of municipal roads and bridges;judging from the topographic factors,the northern region suffers less topographic interference,and the overall cost level of its municipal road and bridge projects is relatively high;geological disasters are more frequent in the southern region,and it is more difficult to carry out the cost of municipal road and bridge construction projects in the southern region;affected by breaking the market barriers of municipal road and bridge construction,the construction and operation of southern enterprises in the north is easier to grasp than that of northern enterprises in the south.Different regions have different responses to the above factors.Further research shows that the fundamental way to improve the cost level of a local municipal road and bridge project is to further cultivate the construction market.
